    Start by preparing the fish. Wash the sea bass fillet and dry it. Cut the fillet into two parts for convenience of frying. Then pour the fish with milk and leave for 10 minutes, turning the fillet every 5 minutes. This will help to give the fish a tenderness and remove unnecessary smells from it.

    Drain the milk and salt the fish to taste. Heat the olive oil on the pan. Roll the fillet in flour and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden color. Remember that frying time depends on the thickness of the fillet, so watch carefully for the process.
