The course lasts two weeks, during which the body noticeably removes excess salt and fluid. However, along with harmful substances, rice can also remove beneficial microelements, such as potassium. To avoid deficiency, it is recommended to take potassium orotate—two tablets daily, and at the slightest sign of heart weakness, the dose can be increased to three tablets.
