Protein foods such as chicken breast, eggs, sea fish, low-fat dairy products are rich in protein and virtually free of fats and carbohydrates.

    Fruits, despite their health benefits, can be high in calories due to their high fructose content. Therefore, they should be consumed in moderation. This is especially true for people seeking to lose weight.

    Cooking diet foods usually involves specific cooking methods. They are often cooked on steam, which allows you to preserve the maximum of useful substances. Dairy products such as kefir and cottage cheese are also good sources of protein and can help improve metabolism. Meat products such as chicken and fish are preferred when dieting because of their low fat content.
