    The décolletage area, along with the neck, is often overlooked, although it is these areas that can betray age. The skin here is thin, almost devoid of fatty lining, which makes it particularly vulnerable to time. With insufficient care, it ages prematurely, loses elasticity and firmness. However, proper daily care can prevent these processes, strengthen the skin and slow down aging.

    To maintain a youthful skin in the décolletage zone, regular toileting with the use of mild cleansers is necessary. Water and soap are suitable for normal skin, and for dry skin it is better to use cosmetic milk. Contrast rinses with cold water and light massage with a brush will help improve blood circulation and tone the skin, preventing its fading.

    One of the most common mistakes is forgetting to apply cream on the face - many women ignore the neck and décolleté zone. Meanwhile, taking care of these areas is no less important than facial skin. Creams that are suitable for the face can often be used for the neck as well. If you use a light cream for the face, it is recommended to choose more nourishing formulations with a high fat content for the neck and décolleté.

    In the evening, after cleansing, apply a nourishing cream to your neck and décolleté, gently rubbing it in circular and linear motions. Avoid the thyroid area. After 30 minutes, excess cream can be removed. To prevent double chin, lightly tapping the back of the fingers on the chin area with the back of the fingers will become a good habit.

    Exfoliating procedures are also necessary to care for the décolletage area, but they should be as gentle as possible. Use special soft gommages that do not contain coarse abrasive particles. Never use peels designed for other parts of the body, as this can damage the thin skin.

    For fading skin of the neck and décolleté are useful hot compresses, which can be easily made at home. Soak a terry towel in hot water, wring it out and apply it to your neck for 10 minutes. Then wipe the skin with ice and apply a nourishing cream. If the skin is very dry and wrinkles have already appeared, warm oil compresses can be an effective remedy. They will help restore elasticity and moisturize the skin, if you repeat the procedure twice a week.

    Vegetable masks can also noticeably improve the condition of the skin in the décolleté zone. For example, a mask of parsley, cucumbers or strawberries nourishes, moisturizes and tones the skin, making it smooth and soft. It is important after such procedures not to wash off the rest of the mask, but to let the skin absorb all the useful substances and then apply a cream to consolidate the effect.
