    Meat balls in puff pastry - a perfect combination of simplicity and originality! To prepare this delicious dish you will need the following ingredients:

    Ground meat - 500 g
    Puff pastry, ready in a package - 500 g
    Salt, pepper - to taste
    Egg yolks - 1-2 pcs.
    Onion - 1 pc.
    Garlic - 1 clove
    Let's start cooking:

    Chop the garlic finely or run it through a garlic mincer. Also chop the onion very finely. Add the garlic and onion to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can also add fried mushrooms or boiled rice to the mince. Form small balls from the mince.

    Unroll the ready puff pastry and cut it into thin strips no more than 0.5 cm wide. Wrap the mince balls in these strips of pastry, creating a ball shape like a ball of string.

    Beat the yolks with a fork or whisk and brush over the meat balls. Sprinkle the baking tray with flour.

    Place the balls on the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
