    You can use various methods to cook zucchini: boil, fry, bake or grill. Zucchini is great for making pancakes, cutlets or caviar. This is not only tasty, but also healthy, as they contain many vitamins and minerals.

    One of the easiest and most delicious ways to cook zucchini is frying. To do this, you need to cut the zucchini into circles, roll them in flour, salt and sprinkle with spices, and then fry in vegetable oil. The finished fried zucchini can be sprinkled with herbs, rubbed with garlic or poured with sour cream or mayonnaise. This dish can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat or fish.

    Another interesting and hearty dish is stuffed zucchini. For this, it is better to choose a ripe and large zucchini, which must be cut into pieces and cut out the middle. After the minced meat has filled the zucchini, they need to be baked in the oven or stewed in a frying pan. The resulting dish can be served with sauce or sprinkled with fresh herbs.

    Zucchini caviar is another popular dish that was especially popular in Soviet times. To prepare it, you can fry finely chopped onions and carrots, then add chopped zucchini, salt, spices, sugar and tomato paste. All ingredients are mixed and stewed until done. This recipe allows you to get a fragrant caviar that can be served as a separate dish or as an appetizer.
